Sample general terms
Prices are per person on twin sharing unless stated. Hotels named are examples of the category and may be replaced with similar hotels if unavailable. Check-in is usually from 2 pm and check-out by 11 am. The itinerary may change for weather, road closures or local rules; we will tell you as soon as we know.
Sample ID and documents
Every traveller needs a valid government photo ID. International trips need a passport valid for at least six months from the return date, and visa approval is decided by the embassy or immigration authority, not TripShree.
Sample cancellation policy
Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the package cost. 15 to 29 days: 25%. 7 to 14 days: 50%. Less than 7 days or no-show: 100%. Flight, train and visa charges follow the airline, railway or embassy rules. This is a sample policy, not TripShree's actual terms.
Sample payment policy
25% of the package cost to confirm the booking, and the balance 21 days before departure. Bookings made within 21 days of departure are paid in full. Payment by bank transfer or UPI. This is a sample policy, not TripShree's actual terms.
Sample child policy
Children under 5 travel free when sharing their parents' bed. Children 5 to 11 are charged the child rate, with or without an extra bed. From 12 years, the adult rate applies. This is a sample policy, not TripShree's actual terms.
Sample peak date policy
During Diwali, Christmas and New Year, hotels often ask for full payment at booking and do not refund cancellations. Compulsory gala dinners on 24 and 31 December are charged extra where the hotel requires them. This is a sample policy, not TripShree's actual terms.
